A life-saver of an app - makes everything so easy to set up, expands your options and saves a LOT of time. The customer service and tech support I received has been awesome so far - it's only been a day, and my shop is almost finished with 46+ colours and 10+ fabric options. I used this app. to facilitate the purchase process as I have a super complicated products. The app. was able to resolve about 80% of my challenges with ease as I'm really dummy when it comes to configuration or learning a new software. The Support was outstanding and professional. If only they have the 20% that I'm missing to have a perfect website. But perfect doesn't exist no?
It took a bit of work to setup, but Bold Apps was really helpful and things work perfectly now. Their Product Options app made my site possible just the way I wanted it. I'd recommend it!
I'm still learning the "ins and outs" of the app, but this review specifically speaks to the timing of the implementation. Bold Apps Rocks!
I expected the installation to take days. As a matter of fact, I'm still waiting on other Shopify "EXPERTS" to call me back. In one day's time, I was able to get my installation and start using it.
We all know how difficult it is to start any business, let alone an online one (especially if you don't write code, sometimes even if you do). You want to know if the solution is the right one for you, and be able to get out of it quickly if its not. I can honestly say, because of the speed of response (which I expect all the time now :-) ), I'm looking at all of their other apps, and wondering if the Bold Apps team can help me in other areas.
