Customer Service response time is best among apps used so far in the upcoming launch of our site. Nir and Subneet have been there to help me with any questions I have. Any strange occurrences, I open up chat and get response immediately. They don't only help fix the problem but they also explain it in a way for me to understand the process and fix the solution on my own. Friendly staff with extensive knowledge. Very helpful so far. :) We will update along the way to our launch date. *Jericho along with Nick Y., Nick F. and Jordan helped fix an issue by next business day. Mona at Bold helped us quickly format where our options showed on the product page so that our online customers have a more user friendly ordering process.

I am using the bold app for my customized products and its working great! The set up was so easy because they're an amazing team. Samuel helped me with everything I needed to run the app smoothly and exactly how I wanted to my store!
After using similar apps I am sure that I will stick around with Bold as it covers all my needs and i know that I have a responsible team with me!

Very easy to use, works great with our shopify store, great customer service although sort of hard to get in touch by phone. We still love it!
Worst Customer Service. Will leave you hanging halfway and won't even solve your issue. Charge huge sums of money for an underperforming app. Can completely kill your shop with their incompetence.
Great app and great support, works so much better than other similar apps which I've tried and looks amazing!
This app has been pretty easy to use and customize. So far it does everything I need, from custom changes to rush options. I like all of the option from radio buttons to drop down menus. It will even add those extra charges to the cart for you.
Great app! The app does what it is supposed to and it works great with my shop. The support team is professional and they handle you just great! Big ups! I will most defiantly recommend this app to your store ;)

Too pricy compare to its competitors. I wish they could work on the price to bring to to a more reasonable level.
