SC Product Options

We had plenty of support from the team. Very helpful to solve all issues we encounter. Definitely the best product options out on the market. However, there is still a bug yet to be fix and tooltip feature.

Please bring back the hover tooltip feature. That tooltip hover feature was so good in v1.0, I have no idea why you guys removed it in v2.0.

We installed and tried many different apps that used product variants or options to try and list our Polaris, Ski-Doo, Arctic Cat and Yamaha sled wraps the way we wanted them to display. They all had some sort of missing feature that our listings required so it was a pleasant surprise to find such a robust and flexible platform to provide our customers with an intuitive and "idiot proof" way for them to select the sled wrap package that best suits their needs. After installation and setting up options there were a few issues with the logic and pricing not displaying properly but Bold Support was able to resolve most of the issues we came across in a relatively prompt manner. We've found the customer support to be top notch and only hampered by Bold perhaps being a bit too ambitious and launching too many new apps at the same time without having the proper amount of staff to deal with the influx of bug and logic issues that are bound to rear their heads during the launch phase. A staggered launch of new apps would probably go a long way to avoiding this as it affected turnaround times on support tickets across all their apps and not just the launching apps. That being said we have numerous Bold apps installed on our store "Product Options", "Product Discounts" and "Custom Products" and have found them to be cost effective options to bring substantial functionality upgrades to our site.

I would highly recommend any of the Bold Apps Products! Instruction were very clear, the App did everything it said it would and the connection to my Shopify Theme was a smooth transition. When I had a question the support I received was friendly and quick to respond. I would not think twice about using any of the products that this team of experts have put together.

Fantastic app!! The support team is great! I needed a few changes and they were quick to reply and more than willing to help. The options are endless. Highly recommended!

Just an update:
I upgraded to the premium service when it came out a few weeks ago,,, and I'm in love. The ability to list several price options for one item, and have them link back to something in my shop, is exactly what I would have asked for on my app wish list. Product Options was great before, and now it's just perfect.

This app is the reason I decided to open my shop with Shopify. I spent a good week searching providers, and using free trials. For my products, I needed the detailed customer input section. No other provider seemed to have that, they all wanted me to have a "send me an email after you purchase with your details" text or JUST a comment box. No thanks, that doesn't look professional. Product Options is EXACTLY what I was looking for. This app will be used on every item that I sell.

The product options app is by far the best app on the market for this type of functionality. Very intuitive to use and easy to learn quickly. Very affordable and reliable app since most business rely heavily on its function. Separate from all of that, the best part of the app is the ongoing support and availability from the team. Brenden and Guri on chat support are basically my saviors as they have helped with immediate needs. They get very involved and helped implement and fix the options and conditions I could not figure out. This company is top notch and widely used. Support Team is awesome and quick to respond and escalates issues as needed. Thanks again team. Highly recommend!!!
