This App is awesome, i just tried it and works amazing, its pretty easy to set it up.

Best APP Ever. I could not imagine running my store without this app. "Product Options" has allowed us to have the flexibility to be able to upgrade our products and features on the fly. We are able to up-sell without putting pressure on the shopper. They up-sell themselves... and love it! Very easy set up and maintain. Thank you Bold for such a great product. Had to use customer service chat and Sarah took care of my issues very quickly. Wish every company was this friendly and responsive with their customers. Great service. Five Star.

Though I was able to use the app and set everything up it wasn't showing up in my online store. Jeff was great. He resolved my issue really quickly. Less than 20 minutes. Now everything is up and ready to go!

I installed the v1 in the past and was not satisfied. The work done on option v2 makes it now a top class app - easy to install and use. Even though we used one of the most complex ajax theme, Julian was very responsive and skilled in making it work for us. He went beyond our initial request to make sure it would work as expected. Great product. Great support. I am now going to look at other Bold products.

We have used this app for about 6 months now to handle additional product options to personalize our products. Worked great initially, something happened at the beginning of this year, the product options are becoming unlinked from the products after they are setup. Customer support continues to blame us even when we walked through a screen share. Then radio silence. Then I the owner had to contact the company again and the support team needed us to start from the beginning with explanations. To this day we are still having issues with products we setup yesterday. HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT USING THIS APPLICATION.

It certainly should not have taken such a long time to reach a resolution, however I can assure you that Samuel is currently in the midst of writing a reply to further help you with the product options unlinking from your products.

the support is very bad! Contacted them several times. They are either very slow in response, only until I pushed through Shopify then I got a reply, or they say, it's not our job, you need to find a shopify expert to solve it, or we do not support this function. If I can, it should be 0.5 star for this review.

I've had a great experience with this app so far for my apparel shop. I offer lots of color and size options and this has made my product pages look great and user friendly. I had a small issue with some options not coming through on orders but chatted with a rep (Jeff - thanks so much!) and got resolved immediately.
