SC Product Options

I've researched a few options, and this is by far the best. Powerful, works as advertised, and lots of features.

But more importantly, the customer service is amazing. They've answered every question I've had, usually same day on weekdays. And they've gone above and beyond in addressing any issues I've had.

So easy to set up and use. Product swatches are amazing and easy to set up. I could even change the size, have a larger image pop up when you scroll over the swatch, and change the background colour of the swatch (with custom CSS). The product conditions make it easy to set up a clean looking cart. The support team on the live chat are AMAZING and super helpful. Julian is the absolute best and gives great tutorials and screenshots to help along the way. I highly reccommend this app.

This particular app (plus a bunch of other by the same people), are THE particular reasons I haven't abandoned the Shopify platform altogether and gone shopping for something else!
Nah! ... but I tell you, Shopify should SERIOUSLY consider going to the piggy with a hammer and buying this guys up. That good are their apps and post-sale service. The functionality and flexibility they add to the more advanced Shopify store is unique in the Shopify app ecosystem. You can shop around for a cheaper alternative (been there, have the T-shirt) but you will fall short on your objectives or obtain just that, a cheaper product.

I just had the most amazing experience with Michael at support. I was trying to do some fancy nested conditional logic and it wasn't working. He actually took the time to do it for me and stuck around until it was working. He also helped with 2 other issues I was having.

In general I've been able to do everything I want with this app, it's really powerful.

I wish the app supported adding pictures to each option, that's an extra $900 one time customization. But other than that i'm thrilled with the app and not going back.
