SC Product Options

NEW THEME UPDATE (2023) -- I recently published a new theme after 7 years using my old one and once again Bold Product options was vital to my store's functionality and success. Once launching, I ran into a few hiccups where the default code did not work properly with my theme, BUT IN LIGHTNING FAST SPEED, the help team were on it and had the App installed properly in a matter of hours. I cannot say enough good things about this product and it's customer support. Thank you!

ORIGINAL REVIEW (2016) Absolutely brilliant. 90% of my products require the customer to insert custom information before being able to add their selection to the cart. I searched and tested multiple other apps and none came close to the capabilities and integration this one does. 50 thumbs WAY UP!

Once again the support crew at Bold got our installation into our new theme taken care of quickly. A product is only as good as it's support team, and this is an area where they shine. Nice work.

A Big Thank-You to Rick to helping me work through learning how to set up non-priced variants to work with Bold. He went out of the way to make a video to show me the steps, and checked back to make sure everything was working. Awesome job and I love the app!

Holly was focused on helping us with a problem and didn't give up until it was solved - all within the same day. When someone cares about a customer like that, and can do something to actually help, you can't ask for anything more. There is one challenge though - it's all done through email which at times is difficult for some of us, but I have to admit it worked just fine for me.

I run a personalized jewelry and gifts website. It would not be able to function optimally without all the variables that Bold Product Options offers. When I have to update my theme occasionally, I need to have the app coding reinstalled as well. Bold has always assisted me in a very timely, friendly, and professional manner. Fantastic App All The Way Around!!! On top of making it easy to offer simple options for our products, This app is allowing our vendors to offer customizable options that allow customers to create custom products based on the options they wish to offer, which opens up an entire new way for our customers to shop. This app is helping us to allow customers more incentive to shop with us compared to our competitors since our customers can create special custom products, unlike competition, which does not offer these types of abilities.

I've used this app for three years and it is excellent. Once you get your head around the conditional logic it is very straight forward. The help desk is brilliant and always quick and efficient. Tonight I was helped very efficiently by Priyanka.

Only great things to say about this app. Not only is the functionality what we need to let customers select a gift box option, the installation is simple. We had a few customizations that needed to be implemented which was handled quickly and professionally. Great communication with the developer. Five Stars all around.
