Rifat gave me excellent customer service! They processed my new request quickly when I needed to install the app onto a new theme I was launching to ensure a seamless transition from one theme to the next!

Staff is excellent to deal with, very helpful and fixed the issues i had with changing themes
Options work great for us and the new edit in cart feature is fantastic
Very happy with the product and would happily recommend it to anyone

3 days and so far a perfect addition. If you have any need for customer input upon a sale this is the best solution around. You could use Google Docs Forms but they look really unprofessional (but hey, it's free), or you can get a Premium service that looks great but gets expensive really quickly. Plus its one less workflow you need to worry about and for $10/month it's worth it.

This app makes updating products so much easier! I couldn't imagine our website without it. Their support is one of the best! I have never had an issue they did not resolve or enlighten me about (as in user error). Jeff was the lastest expert that helped me. I chatted, he responded within a minute and issue was resolved within minutes. Thanks JEFF!

The Bold team was especially helpful in addressing an issue I had with charges being applied to products in my store. It turned out that we needed to update the theme to make the product options work with Pay Pal checkout. Big thanks to Rick and Alexa for immediately responding to my support ticket and also following up with detailed instructions to fix the issue.
