The bold support team is AMAZING! I had just a couple tiny tech questions about integrating with my template and they were a huge help. They hopped right on and fixed the issue for me. They answered any questions I had and were super fast. I couldn't believe it! Thank you guys so much for making my store awesome :)
We have been using this app for a few years ago and I required help on setting up new options. Rony help was brilliant. I am new to using Bold and had some confusion with the app. Rony and Nirav were very helpful in guiding me to add options to products in my Shopify account. Rony even sent a video! Awesome! Very helpful!!
It takes some time to get set up but it really is the only good option out there! Trust me I tried 5 other apps before going with Bold. If you want one that actually works and does what you want it to then this is for you. Also, great support from their online chat including Guri who really helped me even during the busy holiday push.

This app is awesome and does exactly what I needed it to do for my options for my website. MC with customer service was quick to respond and very helpful. I highly recommend this app to anyone needing to use multiple options for their products.
