Harris, your online Service Technician, stayed online with me as he worked diligently to assure my option issues were handled and fixed properly. I appreciate his passion to get it to work correctly. Products will always fail at one time or another, its just about the fix that can happen to get things up and running as quickly as possible and again he did that very well. The features are suited well to those that require multiple variant options with conditional settings on their store. Their support is also superb, with a video walkthrough meeting provided to ensure you can utilise the app to its full effect.

Any time you try and make any change, be prepared for it to mess with another random part of the options you've set up. I try and do anything simple and something goes wrong, and then customer service are sure to explain to you the stuff you've already tried and not address the problems. Ever.
