After a small learning curve on how to set everything up, the app is very easy to use. Customer service through the in app chat is better than any other companies and fix issues quickly and at any time. I had an issue at 1AM then got an email stating it was fixed by 3AM.

We installed Product Options back in 2013 when BoldApps managed it. Had minimal issues up until ShipCircle took over. Started having issue after issue. Back in 2024 we started experiencing app incompatiblity with Shopify's update and Shop Circle was clueless about their own app. I was promised "fix" after "fix" for months with no improvement. They didn't even know their own features offered on their upgraded plan. We lost thousands of dollars in revenue and discovered that Shopify doesn't stand behind their app developers OR store owners. I recently switched over to BigCommerce for numerous reasons and my only regret is that I didn't switch sooner. Major game changer for our business. The reps are helpful and actually care. Their knowledge base is amazing. I was a Shopify customer for 10+ years and their customer support is non-existent. BigCommerce is the way to go to prevent ALOT of frustration and wasted time.

I am a long time user of this app (10 years) and I have required a bit of assistance lately with issues that are mainly caused by the age of my website and amount of redundant code from uninstalled apps in my Shopify 1.0 Theme. The team as always have been amazing in both the work they do and the response times. Great service as always!

My audience tends to be older and could not see the smaller buttons on this app. They got in and fixed it right away so it is easier to see. Great customer service.

Multiple issues with the recent updates. I had about 200 dynamic filters set up that worked fine for years. After doing a shop sync since the update, a bunch of options that were not supposed to be on items were. So I had 100s of product listings with multiple option sets showing that were not supposed to be on them.

I had to go through every single option set and update the dynamic filter. I spent HOURS going through and fixing options that I never had any problems with before they did a bunch of app updates.

Great app, been using for years. It has some quirks, but I find that it works the best for us compared to other apps.

Our store depends heavily on this app. We offer build to order products that customers have to provide their choice of options, as well as information regarding what our products need to fit. This app provides that in an easy to use format, and our customers seem to have very little trouble with the interface on the product listings.

We've used this app for 6+ years now without many issues. They assist with site theme update issues within a couple of days. Customer service chats are fast and helpful. The app is pretty easy and straight-forward to use and build your product option forms. It continues to improve, showing the company is serious about their product staying relevant.

If you sell build-to-order products, this is probably the app you need.

Product Options works great when you need to ask customers for extra fields information when selling items. We've been using it production for several years now. Product support is both responsive and helpful to assist with product updates. Highly Recommended.

This app is invaluable to our shop -- it allows us to offer our customers clear and detailed choices for all of the personalization options we offer on our handmade toys. I had a problem with the Product Options App. A newly created option would not show in checkout. I contacted customer support and they solved the problem on the same day: it was not the app. I had not realized that the option I had created was still in draft mode and after I had published it, the problem was solved. Thanks for your competent, fast and friendly help.
