SC Product Options

Love it, does everything I need it to do and more. Also love how it works seamlessly with Shopify variants. Great work the guys at boldapps. Generally very easy to use and work

We are a computer systems integrator company that offers our customers a variety of customization options. We were stunned when we saw how few options and variations we could have with the default Shopify setup. That when we found Bold Product Options in the Shopify store and have never looked back! The ease of adding all our options without having to keep a massive spreadsheet full of option prices and variant costs alone is worth the cost of the app. Also, the swatches for our pc components has been a game-changer. Having a list of product options doesn’t convey nearly the same image of professionalism as having pictures so people can see what they are upgrading to. This feature alone has led to more customers choosing to upgrade their products than we ever had before!

We have received amazing customer support along the way! Any time I have ran into a question, I have been contacted within the same day. On one occasion, I was working on something that comes standard with our products and trying to edit the checkout cart text. I thought it might be something I could change with Bold Product Options, and I reached out to Bold Support. Even though it was an option built into the basic Shopify app, they took the time to guide me on where to find and how to fix it! For something that wasn’t even a part of your app! No one else is going above and beyond in product support like that these days!

Our store was located on another platform before coming to Shopify, and we were worried that things would be more difficult than they had been there. The Product Options app by Bold has really worked well for us using the default (Debut) theme. With the help of Alexa, we were able to tweak the settings it to get it to work with our UI (desktop and mobile) perfectly. She responded extremely quickly (ie within 5-10) mins to each of our requests. She even made suggestions that ultimately were implemented for a better UX experience.

Love this app! Allows me to add more then the 100 variation cap that shopify has. I can literally do almost anything with this app. Highly recommended!

We love this app! It has so many useful features that we haven't been able to find with other apps, such as allowing us to provide our customers with anonymous and personalized messages for our greeting cards which our customers really like. We recently had a technical issue on our end, and Rushit and Rifat were beyond helpful by helping us resolve the issue. I would highly recommend it to all of you!
