SC Product Options

Today, I received assistance from a helpful individual named ALINA. She was very accommodating and took the time to understand my needs. In addition, even though I am not proficient with computers, she successfully assisted me in correcting issues with my shop, which was no small feat.

We have just started to use bold product options for all our personalised gifts and event decor. A few problems at the start but bold sorted this out straight away. Looking forward to using this option on the rest of our products soon. We now have all the customisation possibilities that we need.

The installation is tricky as we started it off ourselves but had to get the pros to do it for us in the end. But well worth the fee.

Overall, a decent app for anyone that wants the flexibility of personalisation for their products and easy to use once you get started. So 5* from us!

Great app that provides a much-needed and very useful function for shopify. Support is unparalleled - responsive, fast and effective. I elected to have them do that template changes for me (it's relatively complex) and they were quick and spot-on.

A hearty thank you to Ryan and the rest of the team who worked so swiftly to remedy an issue for me when I changed to the Impulse 2.0 theme! The pricing for add ons / gift wrap wasn't displaying in the cart until the customer went through the process of checking out. It was fixed promptly and with excellent communication throughout.

I definitely recommend this app, the customer service is very helpful, they help fast and are very friendly and efficient!

The options needed some customization and improvements, the customer support was quick in resolving all the concerns.

This app has all the features needed if you sell personalized or custom items! Had some issues getting it running smoothly on my particular theme, but Paul reached out and made sure everything was taken care of in a very timely manner. Great customer service and great app --- THANK YOU!

Sukh and Rony helped me resolve an issue quickly on my product options. I made some adjustments to an existsing option and left in some faulty conditions. Thank you Rony for for getting my options fixed

This is a great app. Does exactly what I need for.

If you plan on doing Product Options, this is the app you need to get. Super-intuitive interface (although it does time-out if you're working on a long option list, so save often!), excellent customer service, and very powerful. Forget creating matrices of different options. Just create the options, select the products you want it applied to, format any conditional logic (if you need it), and BAM, you're done. You can apply these options across hundreds of products at once. Also, as an added benefit, you can link options to real products, which is how most of our options are setup. AMAZING!
