SC Product Options

They were very helpful trying to customize the app for me, even though they were limited by Shopify policy.

We have been using this app for a few years now and really love its functions. With this app, our customers are able to customize their roller skate to build it exactly as they dream of! I don't know too much about coding and this app was easy to use and implement. If I ever need assistance, their support service was speedy and helpful.

Good options app that after 8 years of using needs development. It doesn't work with Shopify Markets. Your option prices are either showing including VAT/TAX to everyone around the world, or they aren't. Also it doesn't work with Translator Apps, so your Product page descriptions etc are translated but your options aren't. If you are just selling in one country, with one tax system in one language, it's a great Options app which have used for a while.
Also on the plus side, really quick responses from the support team, whom since they have been taken over by Shop Circle, knock BOLD out the park in terms of quick support. Shout out to Alina in support who was very quick in her response and helping out.

Very fast to help update the theme we use. I'd give them 1 more star if they just had a way to bulk upload for those of us doing large datasets.

This App is solid. It is simple to use and support is brilliant and importantly fast. I like it. And price is also good. Everything you need.

We are using this on our iPad kiosk sales site and we love it. Bold is really doing some cool things with Shopify apps, I wonder when Shopify will just decide to go ahead and buy them and roll their functionality into the Shopify core offering...

They really help out with their live chat support, too.

Very easy to create customisation options for products. The team also responded quickly when we were facing issues.

Great app, does exactly what you need it to do without any real issues at all. Not compatible with some wholesale apps, but they'll let you what you need the wholesale app devs to do to get it fixed.

The customer support is great! I was stumped about a problem I was having with an option set and Ahmed Piric was able to go in and fix it within a few days. Very helpful!

The application is invaluable. It makes doing business for us so much easier. Then I had a technical issue and that is where things got BETTER. The tech support was great the whole way through the process. I was getting emails throughout the day with updates. Great Team Effort. Thanks BOLD.
