I am so grateful that I finally found an app to help me customize my products. Also, the customer support has been phenomenal. As someone without any developer experience and honestly a limited tech knowledge it has been amazing how helpful their support team has been in helping me set up my app in a non-typical way. I have worked with Challi, Simran and Harpreet who have all been extremely helpful in customizing my product page to meet my needs. I cannot recommend this app enough.

Love the combinations of dress tops and skirts on your website; it's helpful to see what sorts of unique dresses you can create. I think the Kael top is my favourite.
This is a great app and does exactly what is needed for my shop to run efficiently. I have a lot of options with photo uploads and I am not seeing a slowdown of my site. Pricing is working fine, very customizable and the customer service is top notch. They worked with me on installing it in a complicated theme, and it could not be better.

As someone who doesn't know a ton about web development, Bold has been a huge help to me as I figure out how to use the app on my online shop. They are quick to respond & easy to talk to!
Great app! Shappify customer service was amazing and had it installed just a few hours after I signed up. It was so easy and fast for me to create the product options. Now we can offer complete customization to our customers!
So far it is a great app. Install was pretty straight forward, however it took a bit longer than 30 min. But that is a whatever. This app has cleaned up our options and made them much much more intuitive and easier to use. I'm looking forward to getting the conditional logic implemented and having great add on sales!
