We use Bold Product Options for a number of our products and have always had great success with it. Additionally, their customer service is always responsive and quick to resolve any issues.

Great app. Very easy to install and use. Provided me all the options I needed to create a beautiful form for a number of choices my customers needed. Best part is the ease of use with which CSS could be written to make it look exactly as we needed.

We have been using this product BOLD for many years. Recently we had issues where we had to consult the Shop Circle support team for urgent attention. Both representatives were amazing and resolved my issue quickly. Kemal helped me today and was very fast, efficient, helpful and I will continue using this app for its features and great service.

NEW THEME UPDATE (2023) -- I recently published a new theme after 7 years using my old one and once again Bold Product options was vital to my store's functionality and success. Once launching, I ran into a few hiccups where the default code did not work properly with my theme, BUT IN LIGHTNING FAST SPEED, the help team were on it and had the App installed properly in a matter of hours. I cannot say enough good things about this product and it's customer support. Thank you!

ORIGINAL REVIEW (2016) Absolutely brilliant. 90% of my products require the customer to insert custom information before being able to add their selection to the cart. I searched and tested multiple other apps and none came close to the capabilities and integration this one does. 50 thumbs WAY UP!
