This app allows our customers to fully customise their orders in a simple and easy form taking the hard work off us!

Easy to use and excellent support from their staff! Highly recommend this app as it fills a lot of needs the shopify themes have.

The product option app is great. Once installed it runs fairly seamlessly. Allowing our customers to have multiple options above and beyond Shopify's limits is key to our business, and this gets the job done.

First off, just wanted to say that the customer service and response time in emails back is just 100% excellent with Bold Apps. It's funny how they are Bold apps and we are Bold Shirts! If you can see on our site www.BoldShirts.com we use this app on all our products and it works so good! - another app they have which works really good is the Social Autopilot - plus its free!

We think this app is very easy to use and install and understand.
Also the support is very good.
Also, we would recommend getting the other apps together so that you can combine their features to add some very good upselling usability to your store.
We worried that the app would slow down our store a bit but it doesnt for us and we use 100's of options.
If you worry about compatibility with your theme or other apps just ask first and you will probably get a very quick reply.
PS we really preferred their old name shappify... it was cooler than bold apps.

Cargo Bike King is a pure eCommerce site the addition of Bold Apps has allowed us to refine our product offerings of bikes, motors and battery combinations. Without this refinement product choices would be confusing and conversions would be lost. This application is essential to any site selling products, and could be modified for services. I would add that their service has been reliable, and in our book that makes them exceptional.

This is the best app I've found to add options to customize or build a product. We sell hand stamped jewelry and nothing is a 'stock' item. Every purchase must be configured by the customer. Without this app we would not have a web store. We went with Shopify because of this app as well as some of this companies other apps. None of Shopify's competitors had any other apps like it. I highly recommend this app and this company.
