SC Product Options

This app was the worst i have ever dealt with in all of my years of web development. It took me over 5 hours to try and install this app with the amount of customization that was required. After the 5 hours of work It still would not work for me, I was getting errors left, right and centre. There were no options showing up after I installe this app, when I select 'add to cart' I was getting more errors. The developers of this app really need to reconsider the shear amount of work that is involved in the installation of this app

And they try to charge then to install it for you? They charge enough as it is!this is the biggest scam I have ever come across in my life.

I have no idea how this app achieved 10/10 rating.

I love it! My customers like the freedom this app adds to my shop. All in all I'd recommend it to a friend.

A bit of a letdown

I had high hopes for this app. We have over 100 products in our online store, each product can have a choice of 8 colours and each colour has an image assigned to it of the product. As standard when you click the colour the image changes and shows you exactly what the product looks like in real time.

When using this app you would need to create a colour 'set' and manually type out your 8 colours and assign an image to each colour.

This would need to be done for every single one of the 100+ products in order to upload different images essentially starting your store from scratch again.....

Great idea but needs alot more work

Where do i start? This app has the potential to be awesome, but the install and poor customer service ruined it for me. I have a little experience with code but the install instructions sucked and when I tried to get help it took them about a week to respond to my issue and by that time I had removed the app. I considered paying the $40 to have them install but I read reviews saying it still didn't work and depending on what theme you use the code could show up at checkout. I urge people to read the reviews past page 1. Their service is super terrible. In my opinion I would never use any of there apps just based on their service!

This Product Option app is one of greatest creativeness. I've been analyzed many shopping site's features like ebay, groupon, www.tmon.co.kr, gmarket.co.kr in Korea (which is leading E-Commerce country and Global. I think there's no shopping site with advanced powerful product option like this. I think this feature mostly fit to creative enterprises who ships their product after obtaining more product option information on the order.

I have given you 2 chances to make this right, i have installed this app 2 months ago and uninstalled it for the unprofessional slow customer service, then I have reinstalled it 48 hours ago and i can still see why i uninstalled this app 2 months ago.

What a shame, my only risk was losing $9.99, would never download any of your products ever again even if its a good functional app, if you have a good product and cannot back it up with a good customer service then there is no way to sell that app.
