I have tried working with three other web developers and made no progress on my project. With three days of my time and the help from Bold's awesome support staff I am ready to launch a new kit allowing the customer to use product options to create their personalized kit.

By far the best Product Options app available on Shopify! Customer service is second to none and the team was very patient with all of our requests for customizing the app to fit our store. Shappify is great and I believe essential to any business which targets the customers' directly, makes their products more unique than ever.

We needed a solution that would allow our customers to customize some products. We also needed to increment the pricing when customization was selected, and hide the customization fields if customization wasn't selected. This is the ONLY solution in the store that met all of our needs!

In case you're looking at other options, let me save you some time. I first tried adding line item properties myself but after a couple days wrestling with the code I concluded my time was too valuable. Next I explored some of the cheaper store apps for adding custom fields to a product. It took a while to integrate an alternative app with our skin and it was only after I was done that I realized that the app wouldn't impact the products price. In fact, while some of the other custom option apps support conditional relationship for option visibility, this is the only app that will also impact product pricing.

The Bold team offered to install this app for a nominal fee and while they promise a 2 day turn around I was up and running the very next morning. App does just what we needed, and the simplified variant management is a wonderful bonus. Highly recommend.

Bold is the best app for offering custom options to your customers. It can be so overwhelming and confusion for you and your customers. The different options and conditional logic feature make building customer options easier for your customers - and that's what we all want! What makes Bold even better is the customer service, Samantha and Rony were so quick and efficient to help me with my request. Highly recommend this app!
