KidsAtPlay.sg is a one-stop portal where parents can search and book children's play activities, sports and birthday party packages in Singapore.

Needless to say, there are numerous options / packages / add-ons that parents can choose to top-up on the original product. As I am also using a unique voucher code per product (for redemption) that utilises metafields to generate, it took me a long long while to create and edit each and every option!

Thankfully, halfway through that process, I found Product Options! Well I'm already using your Loyalty Points and Recurring Memberships apps, so hey, why not give it a try?

BEST APP IN THE SHOPIFY WORLD, no scratch that, BEST APPS IN THE WORLD!

Saved me so much time (no need to create metafields!) and al information is captured as it is! Loved that various types of options can be used, and I've combined a mixture of radio buttons, check boxes, open text boxes etc.

On this note, can someone help to: create a calendar dropdown for me? I read somewhere that this is do-able.

Also, I hope you'd be able to marry the Loyalty Points app and Product Options app. As of now, I understand that points can only be redeemed off the original product price and not the add-ons. It's very confusing and doesn't tie in well - when selected options are added to price, the points do not increase accordingly, and when a customer redeems points - then he'll realise he had only redeemed the original product without the add-ons!

In any case, all I can do now is to add a disclaimer that points can only be redeemed off the original product price :( that kinda sucks from a customer point of view.

So I hope you can marry the two very very soon please!

I've gotten the best support from MC, Alexa and Paul (there's one more but I can't remember his name)! Very fast response time and awesome customer service. I'm quite an impatient woman so I love that they can rectify my issues fast!

Nice app but fairly time-consuming to make required liquid updates, unless you want to pay more to have this done for you. I'm still in the midst of installation, but from what I can tell this looks like an awesome app which will be hugely beneficial to both our site and business.

I really like this app! It's exactly what I was searching for. I manufacture premium silk pillowcases and sleep accessories to help career women unwind and wake up refreshed-- & we offer monogramming on certain products as an upgrade. With this app we were able to include this option on our new Shopify store without any issues and the installation was simple! Great job!

User friendly and very flexible app. Surely the best of his kind!
Plus, its compatible with the Quantity Break app... A powerful combo!
Unanticipated complexity with the integration but they provide awesome support.
With the free 14 days trial, you can't be wrong.

Options works and works well. However, it's not foolproof (example: the multiple dropdown format allows you to check off multiple options in mobile, but on desktop it gets you to highlight the options, effectively making it look to the user that you're picking one at a time). Nevertheless, the support team does work for you even though it can take a while during busy times. I'm happy to have the app but would love to see refinement in the UX. Thanks!

Am a newbie to this, product options seems to be a necessity for us as we have a lot of info to track with each order, looks like we need "Exporter" to get all the option information over to QB where we manage the order flow once its in manufacturing. There are simple tricks like creating an option which calls up a shopify product item and drops it into the order, which then dumps out into QB just as needed.

Alina and the support crew have helped me out every single time I've had an issue with the install on both of my stores. The app does what I need it to do and the UI is easy to understand. Reasons it's not a full five-star app: It is challenging to make the app work correctly with an AJAX cart. I've had the BOLD team do the code install several times and once or twice it seems like it stops working for unknown reasons. This is offset by the killer support team at BOLD. The other issue is customizability. The display settings are rather limited and while the app has a field for custom CSS, it would be really cool if you could do it through the UI. Silver lining: I've learned a lot about CSS by trying to get my options to look the way I want them to. Still not quite there but I'm getting closer! If there were a few more display options in the app it would be five stars easily.

This program has been great to use. It is relatively easy to update the options feature. The only downside is we would have to get the site recoded if we changed themes.

Customer service was great and I love the easy customization of the app. I had issues with stripping the extra information off the order but that was a shopify issue not a product options issue.
