SC Product Options

First off, the product itself works amazingly well! It really allows me to run my site the way that works the best for our customers, which is always a good thing...but this review is about the support provided by Tim and Zach L when I screwed up the liquid code on my site after I switched the theme over.....Man, those guys killed it and worked sooooo hard and were incredibly responsive and knowledgeable about the problem (that I created), and were realistic about the possibility that there might not be a whole lot that they can do to fix my cart problems, but again, they worked all day and got everything up and running perfectly and I couldn't be more grateful to the entire Bold team!!! Great Product, but the Customer Service is the really story here. They were second to none!!! Thanks guys!!

It is so easy to use this app and it has all the features I needed.
The customer support is also amazing! They give me a quick response and it has the live chat so when you need their support, they are right there to help you.
The tech support agent (Nir) resolved my problem so quickly and beyond my expectation :)
Other apps will take ages to respond though!!

The Product Options App is a life saver. It allows our customers to order custom wall decals and shirts from our online store http://www.segraphics-store.com. The group at Bold Apps did an amazing job helping us integrate the tool into our online store....since purchasing the App products have started flying off the store shelves!

Excellent app! It is impressive in its ease of use and functionality. The installation process is a little bit tedious but so worth it!
I accidentally broke something in the install process and dreaded what I assumed would be a very time consuming and frustrating process of working with their customer service to get my website working again. However, Ryan and Tamer from support were amazingly fast and competent and got me up and running in no time. Fantastic customer service!

The support at Bold for their Product Options are extremely helpful and know the product really well. I recommend it for anyone that wants to create a store with customized options that fit their customers UX.

We have used the Product Options app for our store since we moved our website to Shopify 9 months ago. We are an awards and personalization store, so the need for unlimited options is crucial. Product Options has allowed us to continue to offer just what our customers need. When we were having trouble implementing the swatches function in a way that would work for us, Cole jumped in and helped us customize the app for our needs. He was quick and friendly and exceeded our expectations. Bravo, Bold!!
