SC Product Options

The boys (and gals) at Bold get the job done! Having recently updated my Shopify store theme, I ran into issues with our product options app. Unbeknownst to me, I did not know changing the store theme would be such a task. Having also launched a regional tv ad to promote our business we submitted an urgent request for assistance and their support team did not disappoint. Top Notch App! AMAZING Customer Support! Any hiccups and they hooked me up literally within 4 hours(I called and emailed them at 2 o'clock in the morning)

It took a little tweeking but n the end everything is working as planned. Our cannabidiol options were pretty vast and so it was necessary to implement some kind of options app. Customer support was friendly and responsive..great overall!

There are so many great options for online stores. Its a very user friendly tool. The customer service (I got help from Jeff and Danin) is also great. I was helped with all my problems in a very friendly and competent way - for sure 5 stars for that!

I've been using Bold apps for about a year now. Specifically, I love Bold options the most. We have an EXTENSIVE array of options and conditional logic that needs to be applied to each product. No other app even comes close.
