The app has made it so easy to streamline customization of our products. With the excellent help of the shopify team we have achieved exactly what we desired to help set our business apart from others.

the Product Options feature has been a HUGE benefit to our customers and has provided a high-profit income stream for us. We have had it for 7 years now and we continue to find new options to offer our customers.

I updated the Style of my theme and didn't quite hit the mark getting everything squared away with liquid. Cody with the Support Chat was awesome. Got me sent over to the install team and requested a rush to get us back online and selling again. Big thank you to the support team. Will keep you posted ;)

By far the best app assistance we have had!

Product Options is hands down a 5 star App for Shopify. It is the single-most powerful app in my shopify toolbelt. I've been using it only a couple weeks and It has cut my labor cost of inputting products by roughly 60% so far saving me countless hours. Using it has resolved a longstanding issue with our customers and variant/customization where they were ordering the wrong size and not noticing. This has saved us customer frustration (and ours), as well all sorts of logistical headaches to include returns & refunds.

Unfortunately I had issues out of the gate with my theme, liquid and my ajax cart that were quite persistent. The support team was incredibly tenacious in pursuing these issues even as the issues evolved. They are also very open to hearing feedback, comments and suggestions.

Fantastic app, easy to install and user friendly. Had one issue which was very quickly resolved by the Bold team. I am beyond satisfied with the product as well as the technical support team (thanks again Cole!). I highly recommend this app to anyone who needs to add additional customization to their Shopify products.

I have been using the Bold Product Options app for over a year. It’s unbelievable that Shopify doesn’t allow this kind of customization out of the box, but Bold truly unlocks the potential. The app is jam packed with valuable features, and we consistently use it to cross-sell to increase average order value.

Even better than the app though is their technical support. The apps are very complex, so inevitably sometimes you will have conflict with different themes. The Bold team has always swiftly addressed our concerns and implemented fixes.

We recently had our add to cart button stop working. Discovered after hours at 10PM on a Friday. Got a response from Brenden at midnight saying he would take a call then, and Julian had the code fully fixed by 10AM. Unbelievable customer support. 5****
