SC Product Options

Updating: 10/3/18 Since I wrote my original review (below) in 2014 I've had the occasion to reach out to Bold for support. Today, I needed some help and was lucky enough to get Rifat on chat from the Bold Customer Success Team. I hope his manager knows what a gem he is! Rifat is the best example of someone who delivers a great customer experience. I could tell he cared about solving my problem. Bold cares enough about their customers to hire great people like Rifat, which is why I will continue to be a customer and highly recommend them to others!

The app is great! The time saving is beyond awesome! Makes it so much easier to get everything loaded and most importantly easy for my customers to order. The customer service that they provide is awesome!! They are prompt, super friendly & go over and above to make sure you are happy. I can't say enough about their outstanding service!!

This app is an absolute lifesaver. I had no idea how I was going to use the other product customization application to set pricing based on the various custom options that our products offer include. With more than 1,000 products with customization options, I was dreading my decision to get in this niche.

It has literally saved me 40 hours of time already. Strongly recommend this app to every store owner. It's a must-have to us.

I've been using BOLD product options for over 6 years. It's an integral part of running our personalized anniversary gifts business. We have very complex options and tons of different products that include if/then conditional logic. It is ALL possible with this app! Honestly if it weren't for this app, I'd probably have to pay thousands to get a custom website developed, and would dread that.

The customer service is superb. I have contacted them over 25 times over the years and they are very helpful. Most recently, the agent over live chat fixed 2 custom code tweaks for me in less than 10 mins!

This app has been an amazing asset to my website. It has allowed me to offer a wider array of products, giving me the opportunity to gain more customers. Very user friendly, I can't imagine not having it for my site!

We use this with all of our teddy bear gifts Hugs Boxes because all of these have the exact same options - ready-made gift messages, custom gift messages, and signature fields. Using Product Options enabled us to easily roll-out these options across all products - instantly! Plus, their support has been top-notch! Great work!

This is a great little app. Easy to setup, use and keep updated. It's really a must have if you have any type of non-standard retail product that requires customization beyond just color, size, etc.

Product Options is great. It allowed me the flexibility of managing colors and other options without creating product variants which complicated my inventory management.
