After paying for the app I was sent the following from them when asking for a refund due to them not able to work on my particular theme.
We are afraid and Sorry to inform you that, it's not possible to answer your question perfectly because we do not have any idea about any third party app or third party theme compatibility.
We do not 100% guarantee any App will work on any theme as there are various factors.
Such as hundreds of themes and apps are getting released and it is not possible for our team to check if which App works in which of them.
Sometimes even in tested themes, some scripts, js errors from the site's existing scripts or other third party plugins, apps may cause issues in the website already which may cause troubles in the App's scripts also.
We are really very sorry for all the inconveniences.
So please try to understand the limitations.
Just remove the App from your store's admin panel's Apps section and the subscription charge will be cancelled automatically.
I was unable to run the app because I encountered some serious problems.
First of all to install the qpp you need to manually change a lot of files. It wasn;t big of a problem for me but it may be very troublesome for less experienced users.
Second of all, after installing the app its control panel turned out to be very unresponsive and chaotic.
> It didn't let me close a bold "bold install services" banner, even though I disabled adblock (sometimes causes issues) and repeatedly tapped button that should hide it.
> It didn't let me add options to products with certain types (the app didn't find any, even though they are set), wrongly searches in titles (search for "sink" found "dispenser" product) and doesn't even have an option to apply options to products with certain tags.
> after setting up an option I had to restart the app panel to be able to go to the next steps of the configuration.
> it doesn't have a color swatches which were very important for me.
The app was for me very problematic and unusable.
It didn't work out for me. There was so many steps to do, I was about to give up halfway because there things that are different than what they instructs, names that are different on my liquid. I feel like I already messing it up but decided to work through it and maybe it was just me freaking out because I don't have any experience in html. In the end, I found out i did butchered it, all that hard work and I its messed up. I was frustrated in the end. I am not paying 40 dollars for someone to do it especially when I am still paying them monthly for it. I am removing the app and finding something else.

One would naturally assume that, by uninstalling an app, you'd also be removing the code that the app set up on your site...wouldn't you? I uninstalled this app but all of the test buttons and other code i experimented with through this app have remained stuck on my site. Not being a programmer, i've got no idea what changes this app has permanently made and where i'd find them in my code to remove them. Really, really unhappy.
And to make matters worse, i can't install the app again to try and undo the changes through their own interface.
Terrible app, doesn't even offer a preview of the uploaded photo. Requires "extra customization" for that. You can't install a Bold app without encoutering problems and having to contact support, they are really the worst app company by far. And as if that's not enough, when you uninstall a Bold app from your store, its stays on your site because it's still in the code, so you have to waste even more time with support to get rid of it. Avoid Bold apps like the plague unless you want to waste your time with support and mess up your site's code. Most apps out there install in one click, and you're done. Not Bold apps.

Worst product option app out there, it works very badly and it slows down your site quite a lot. Do not recommend
customer service is zero. They had me on hold for 20 minutes then forwarded to voicemail amazing customer care.

They want you to buy 3 apps to make a bogo offer, what kind of scam is that?
Tried to make it work on our website and when we checked "automatic install", it broke our theme. Really not cool - hopefully you can fix this ASAP. In the meantime : uninstalled!
