To be honest, I am more of a phone person so it took me awhile to get on board with this whole email method. However, I have found that Bold is very responsive and very helpful. I still wish I could talk to someone sometimes, but if I hang in there my questions get answered. My latest issue was pretty complicated and Warren really went above and beyond to help me fix the situation. Outstanding customer service--just have to get used to the email!
I used this app to create product options. I launched my website today and had an issue with one of the products. Deelen from Bold help me via chat room in a very efficient and timely manner. He was able to help me solve my issue. Thank you Deelen!
Yes, this is as cool as you think it is. I am impressed. I have been beating my head against the "wall" for a couple of years and think I have found my answer. Everyone I have interacted with from Shappify has been great. I am in... all in!
