I have installed this App few days ago and I know it will help me make more sales that the previous app I had. The support is Amazing, Shoutout to Daniel who offered an excellent Customer Service. without his help I would have moved on to another app!

Bold's service has been incredible. I remember a few years ago when they just started. You can see that they have come from far and made it as one of the biggest Shopify App company.
They have an app for almost everything Shopify can't do out of the box.
Try them out... Top notch support and app quality.
Great, Great Service - I opted to install the code into my theme and made a few small errors imputing. Bold were straight onto it fixing it up for me and considering I opted out of paying to have Bold install the code they bent over backwards to help me get my store sorted. I am still on my trial but will definitely be keeping the app as well as incorporating another one of Bold Apps for QTY price breaks once I start taking sales. Thanks for making my move off ETSY an easy transition.

Works great! Just need a little help with the css and limiting characters in custom text fields. Certainly one of the best apps ive installed so far as long as i can blend it into my theme a little better. 5 stars from wizardpatch.com
UPDATE: GOT ISSUES AND NO SUPPORT REPLIES.
Quite buggy at the moment and been a number of days with no response from support. We have 4 of their apps, support was great up until a few days ago now we feel out in the cold.
Had many customers buy our products, and options they selected were not in their cart, so they told us and then never came back, lost business, not so good.
Hoping to work thru the bugs but will most likely remove a few apps today if support is not there, sad to say.
Fantastic customer service. Had a very slight bug on ios products but Lawrence, Cole and Alexa spent 2 weeks working on it to resolve the issue which seemed to be largely due to another app anyway. I'm sold on bold. Worth the monthly cost for sure.
Very useful app, was able to do everything we needed it to. Had an issue with functionality, the Bold team jumped right on it and had it working properly quickly. Great experience!
