Fantastic Support. Very responsive, timely, and most of all patient.
Awesome support by Ryan. First off my client was on a old premium version of Bold Options and they were able to help upgrade us to Bold Options v2 premium. The day of launching the new theme, Ryan and his team were able to help get all the files updated with the Bold v2 code right away.

The App allowed us to elegantly implement a quite complicated Ordering process easily, with very little associated development cost. When we had an (unrelated) problem with the website, Deelan resolved the issue very quickly and efficiently. I was really impressed with the speed and level of service provided.

We've been using Product Options for several years. Had a problem today and worked with Deelen through their handy chat option. Deelen helped me to quickly troubleshoot the issue and got my store back up and running. The customizations offered through the options app are just what we needed to get our orders submitted with the right personalizations for our clients.
Without a doubt, one of the BEST apps I'm using for my shop. The ability to not only add options, but also add conditional options, has been a game changer for my business.
Special thanks to Mona and Aman for the 5-star service they provided as I migrate to a new theme. I ran into a couple of issues and they resolved them in record time.
Wholeheartedly recommend the app and the service they provide.
Update 2023: Still amazing support! As I migrated to a new theme Deleen was able to quickly come up with a solution for me that enabled me to configure the app exactly how I wanted.
Incredible product. We migrated our store from Magento to Shopify and needed to replicate product options from our old store. This not only allowed us to maintain those options, but helped save us WEEKS of man hours, due to it's methodology and ease of use. A million thanks!
