Daniel is a legend beyond legends. We have been using Bold apps for a long long time now and recently did a major overhaul of our site. Daniel has been there every step of the way pre & post-launch to ensure that the PO integration works seamlessly for the end-user. Cannot reccommend enough.

I needed some help re-formatting how our bold options were showing up on our product pages and Jeff was extremely helpful! I first spoke to Deelan last week who led me in the right direction, then I hopped back on chat with Jeff a few days later and he was able to help with our exact request right away. Very efficient, responsive, and wonderful communication. We really appreciate it!
We simply could not function without Product Options. Many of our products are custom made and bespoke. Clients have a myriad of options, many of which depend upon what they select from each dropdown. Bold's conditional logic allows us to offer the available sub-options for each selected option. Some of our products have high-hundreds of possible options (variants) and this is the only way to overcome the 100 variant Shopify limit. Additionally, the UX is certainly much more attractive than would otherwise be possible.
We had an issue with options not adding to cart. Jeff in Bold support went the extra mile and investigated it thoroughly, finally finding the issue in our theme code. Thank you, Jeff!
We've used Product Options for almost two years during which time we have only had two issues. Both have been fixed by Bold. Highly recommended app.

I tried the competing apps and... well, they can't really compete! Product Options, the premium version specifically, had all the tools and flexibility I needed to get my Shopify site setup just the way I wanted it. The ease of use it has brought for my customers is well worth the monthly investment. The service has been prompt and first rate all the way around. Highly recommended!
Without this App my site would not have been able to be made on Shopify! The app is so robust with features its mindblowing! I have products that have 25-30 Options and Bolds Product Options App handled it like a pro!
I needed a few tweaks to the invoices and Shubhneet handled my support tickets quickly and made all the changes and now everything is Perfect. Thank you Bold!
Great app and quality customer service. If you have a Shopify store and need a way for customers to choose between options, or add on an extra product, this is the app for you!
After looking at many different options apps this one was the best fit for my store.This is the only app I found that adjust the based price when customer pick an extra option. Once I downloaded it I realized I wasn't knowledgeable enough to install it myself. I chatted with the guys at Bold and they were great, had it installed for me very fast and it's working great! Their customer service is fantastic, pleasant people to work with and willing to help. I highly recommend them. Thank you guys!
Decent product, but what really strengthens the offering is the customer support. Very helpful team over there, and a shout-out to Mona in particular!
