Great app! Allows me to request specific info from my customers on products. I love that I can tailor the options to the products to get just the info that I need. Thanks!
Our products are complicated, this makes it easy to collect the information we need from our customers.
I am very glad that I'd given this app a second chance after I'd uninstalled for the first time, when I couldn't find any other better options app than Bold's! I am also extremely grateful to the wonderful team on helping me solve every single, big and small issue I had faced with Bold Product Options on my Clean theme. No way I can run my store without using this app! It provides the customisation I needed for my customers and I love how easy it is to apply the options.
The app is not so compatible with the theme I'm using and initially that causes quite a lot of big and small problems, one leading to another. But the team didn't give up instead they looked deeper into every issue and solve it for me with such wonderful attitude and effort!
A big thumbs up for MC and Samuel for helping with the technical parts solving the deeper issues. And I would like to specially commend Brenden and Jonnathan, who always went the extra mile for me whenever I logged in my issues via chat. They have been such wonderful support and I respect them!

Most of the reviews (I read one) I assume are about how great the product is. While that's true, I think I'm gonna focus this review more on the superb customer service I received.
Finding a tech company that focuses on it's individual customers and not just their bottom line is a seemingly rare commodity. Everyone I talked with was happy to help and had a great working knowledge of the product. I had a coding issue that had to be fixed and they got it done within a day (that's right, custom code for a unique problem that was solved within a day - someone deserves a raise).
I have a more in depth theme (seiko) which caused some errors in the initial set up of product options. Everyone I have talked with replied within the day (most of the time hour) and was happy to help and get my issue sorted. There was no buck passing and no one said any of the tasks were too complicated or would take a while. They all listened and helped.
Before I go. I worked with David and Tamer and they were both top notch. I'd give them both a raise probably. Maybe even I'd get them some cool Christmas bonus. like SCUBA lessons! oh hey! I know a place you can do that - store.ecdivers.com (#shameless plug)
This app is better than great skin care. (Just sayin') My website if fairly new. I had a friend say, "good luck, you won't make any money off of your site. WRONG! (Buzzer sound).
I have a recurring subscription which I purchased a BOLD app. I needed the additional app because there were specific identifiers and product choices that needed to be implemented. Once I used the new BOLD app, it made ordering so much easier for my clients.
I absolutely can't live with out it. I love it like a fat kid loves cake! (I mean cookies). Thank you, BOLD.

All the calls I've had with the support team are beyond amazing. They make me feel like they have all the time in the world. They solved issues and walked me through several processes, since the back end is not my expertise.
I had one experience where I was disconnected right in the middle of a lengthy call.
Shea sent me an email to make sure I knew he was on it.
I spoke to David when I called back and he walked me through the process, and he was great too.
