SC Product Options

I have been using Bold Product Options for a couple years now and have been very pleased, especially with their customer support. Jeff was able to spend time with me today via chat and answer all of the issues I had with a recent site conversation. Having solid customer service is so important.

I needed a bit of help making a change to my app so I reached out to Bold through chat support. Within minutes Daniel had determined exactly what I needed, made the change for me, confirmed it was what I wanted and then showed me where and how it was accomplished. This was amazing customer support that exceeded my expectations. Thanks Daniel!

This app has really helped my get my store to what I had envisioned it being. It gives a lot more options for your product variables. The only thing I would say is that the instructions for installing arent too clear (maybe it was just me or my theme being difficult). But its worth it once you get it going :)

The product is great and your support was super fast. It said 24-48 hours if you use the "help me install" function and I had help installing the app within 5 minutes. You guys are the shit!

Second update: This is by far the best app support out of any app we've come across or used on Shopify. Recently Shubhneet helped me work through something through multiple emails and a phone call - she was very on top of things and exceptionally quick.

First update: Nick has been incredibly helpful as we've worked through the app. Everything from guiding us on how to set up what we want to doing some coding to help achieve the look we want. All around awesome support.

So far, so good! Just installed the app and Parminder has been great helping navigate through questions quickly - love the live chat feature!

MC deserves a promotion. The amount of time she put into our requests was second to none. She went beyond the standard call of support to explain, fix, and teach, so we can fix our own issues in the future.
