All of my products have at least one custom option, so this app is essential to my store. It's easy to set up - a key benefit for a beginner like me. Plus, it looks terrific with my theme. Started with the basic plan but hope to upgrade in the future.

Compared to 5 years ago when i started to use Bold Product Options, support now has improved significantly.
They can now install product options to your current theme within the day. They also respond to inquiries and requests in a few mins. It was very different compared to before. I am happy with the service.

Great addition! This is a feature that should be baked into Shopify but im glad BOLD Apps stepped up. Makes it somewhat easy to add more complicated custom orders (after a bit of a learning curve)
Support has been very prompt, although i had to resort to using their Installation Service to get it working on my theme. Not too pricey however.
Their custom builder application is what i might look to in the future. Good job.
I have used the app for years and it works really well for my store's needs. I recently had some order details not come through, used the online chat and spoke with Jeff who discovered the issue quickly and then fixed it for me. The problem was the Shop Pay checkout that Shopify added. Great experience overall with this app.
