Ich schreibe auf deutsch. Das ist einfach ein sensationeller Service. Besser geht es nicht. Wirklich einmalig. So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Die Jungs haben es echt drauf!
At start we have some issue to workout the app with our template , but their support team fix it ,
rest is what we need.
We have been using product options and product up sell for 6 months or so and the app is super easy to navigate and use. You won't need to google how to use it or email support if you have any level of common sense. When you do need support for any install queries or anything like that they are very quick to reply.
Pretty amazing features. There are so many things you can do with this app, and just when you think you've thought of everything, you think of something else. Can be tough to install on your own, but the installation support is fast and inexpensive. Excellent app.
This app is the only way that Shopify can do what I need it to do and the new logic is worth the money, thanks!
My client has a huge variety of options and some required a price increase. Product Options filled the bill and when I got stuck, BoldApps support was repot on with assistance. Really appreciate the help and love the app. Very, very useful!
Incredible service! The app itself is fantastic to use with an intuitive interface. And the Bold support team is one of the best I've ever dealt with. A life-saver of an app - makes everything so easy to set up, expands your options and saves a LOT of time. The customer service and tech support I received has been awesome so far - it's only been a day, and my shop is almost finished with 46+ colours and 10+ fabric options.
