so far its been working out for us pretty well.

Excellent app to offer additional services for the products I sell. Iurii from Bold apps took care of the installation for me and customised it to suit my website. Can't rate their service highly enough. Thank you!

Second update: This is by far the best app support out of any app we've come across or used on Shopify. Recently Shubhneet helped me work through something through multiple emails and a phone call - she was very on top of things and exceptionally quick.

First update: Nick has been incredibly helpful as we've worked through the app. Everything from guiding us on how to set up what we want to doing some coding to help achieve the look we want. All around awesome support.

So far, so good! Just installed the app and Parminder has been great helping navigate through questions quickly - love the live chat feature!

The product and the support we received is beyond unbelievable.

MC deserves a promotion. The amount of time she put into our requests was second to none. She went beyond the standard call of support to explain, fix, and teach, so we can fix our own issues in the future.

Simran was very quick to help with updating our base price when a discount was applied and we had product options needing to be updating. Thank you Simran.

This app is wonderful, as is the customer service. They were quick to install or to answer any questions. Once you've figured out the app it is very user friendly and simple. Without the conditionals option on the premium plan I wouldn't be able to offer as many products in my store. This makes the ordering process easy and fast for clients.

Alina the customer support helped us with all we needed to set up BOLD option with adjusted price feature work properly. Excellent job and caring of detailed review. We are very happy with the result. Thank you again Alina!!

It does most things it promises but not all. I could not customize pricing especially if linking to inventory. The initial customer support was okay but I had to contact them thru chat after having a ticket opened. And when they had to refer me to a higher tier for help, I didn't hear from anyone until 8 days later. But by then I ended up having to remove pricing and using quickbooks for inventory tracking.

It's limited and you have to rebuild links to options for separate products even if the have the same basic options.
