These guys totally Rock! Not only is this app by far the best personalisation app on the market, their customer service is truly second to none. Any problems are dealt with in super quick time and nothing seems to be too much for the guys to respond to. Always friendly and concise with their information. The app does exactly as is says on the tin. You can easily apply options to any or all of your products quickly with no knowledge of code etc required. Thanks all at Bold apps :-)
I desperately needed an app to allow me to add more custom options to my vintage inspired racing jerseys. I'm still discovering what I can do with the Product Options app but so far I'm thrilled. This will make the process more efficient for my customers and myself by cutting down on questions and mistakes. Product Options makes it easy for me to make the customization process as simple as possible for the most important person, my customer. The support team at Bold Apps has been absolutely amazing with helping a non-techie like me get it set up.
I chose this app because it gives me more product options such as text input for personalization and I tried a free one and the formatting sucked on the product descriptions. Before this, I had been asking the customer to write their personalization in order notes at checkout - which I thought looked really amateur. I'm upgrading to the higher price/month because that will also allow me to add gift wrap service for customers (with an added fee) and then I can get rid of an other app I'm paying $20/month for just to add gift wrapping service with no other options. Haven't upgraded yet so I can't comment on those features. But I like the $10/month stuff so I'm sure it will be good.
I had a little trouble when I first installed it and I put in a support ticket and got help right away from MC. Actually I've put 2 help tickets in so far and Bold gets back to me super quick (within hours) and helps me with anything I ask. They'll actually go behind the scenes and fix stuff for me. Which is awesome because I don't do coding.
Great customer service - willing to pay their monthly fee to have my site look more professional and to get almost instant help and fixing of any issues.

This is a great app and the support is stellar! I submitted a support ticket over a holiday weekend and received assistance from Michael in tech support on Monday. Highly recommend!
Bold Product Options is an incredible app. What I appreciated the most is the customer service and how they went the extra mile to fix everything for my theme. Rick made sure that my shop would run smoothly and fixed all the errors in my original coding.
