SC Product Options

Excellent app! I have over 8,000 products to import for my jewelry store's website. I'm still adding and rearranging my inventory, but Product Options is making it 10x easier to do so. No longer do I have to edit each product page one-by-one. Thank you!

I don't know what I would do without this app. It is so easy to use and has saved me hours of work!

I looked at 5 apps but I decided on Bold. Why? Because they have people folks! People that talk on the phone and fix things! If you have been on the net for a while you will appreciate this. Now, the support - NIR- the most awesome support guy! He hangs in the with you and does not stop until he fixes it. No emailing for days, he calls you if needed! Now that folks is support. Nir has broad knowledge of this program and honestly, can make this program dance! I have some awesome conditionals and fixed suggestions he made to make it better. Thank goodness I have Nir, makes it so easy! Thank you Nir for a job well done. I appreciate your help.

These guys go the extra mile with regard to support. Above and beyond! Excellent!

ORIGINAL REVIEW

I inherited the old website when I joined the company and my greatest goal was to rebuild it as it was soooo dated. We are a sports clothing company and have always offered a personalisation service so that our customers can add a name, a number, initials or a club badge or logo. It's very popular and that functionality needed to remain on the site.

The legacy site had this functionality custom built on top of the Shopify platform and wasn't going to work if I changed the theme and structure of the site. Neither did I have the help of the programmer/s that had bespoke coded the options previously. So, I set out to find the best solution for the new site and found Bold Product Options which was by far the best app for the job. We have quite a few variations of personalisation and some fairly complicated sets of options.

I also wanted it to be a good user experience and using Bold Product Options and the conditional rules that come with the Premium version, I was able to not only streamline the way the personalisation worked and make it a good user experience for but it looked good on screen too.

I have had a very good experience with regard to support. I haven't needed too much help as I found Product Options very easy to setup and use 'out of the box'. Having said that any problems I have had have been promptly dealt with and the support staff are very friendly and quick to respond.

I had one problem which was actually specific to the 3rd party theme I am using but the Bold guys were straight on it, immediately made a minor edit and solved the problem.

I have used support on 5 or 6 occasions and can't fault it whatsoever. All Good!

This app has a lot of features which attracted me. A few initial hiccups on my end were solved with great patience from Nir. Nir really was very patient and stayed with me on the chat for over an hour until everything was fixed and Raphael helped fix the installation and Nir also personally helped fix some frontend issues. Thank you so much Nir, for otherwise I would have moved on to some other app. Cannot wait to start selling using the app. Thanks again guys!

Once again I am truly amazed at the support provided by Bold Commerce. A special shout out to Alexa, Rebecca and Rob. These three people went above and beyond to make sure everything in our store was exactly as we wanted. Having been in business for nearly 50 years I don't think I've ever encountered this level of customer service. My advice to any one considering apps to add to your Shopify store.... if Bold makes it.... buy it. They are absolutely the best.
Now I have to add Tamer to the list. These gurus are the best.

Lawrence has exceptional customer service. We have a very complicated theme and his expertise in installing the app was amazing. I would definitely recommend working with anyone from bold. They are the best!!

so far so good. i have not rolled out to the public but getting it installed and ready for my new theme was a breeze. Bold Merchants were able to install the theme in 2 days.

Does all the work for me. Best app for multiple options!!
