SC Product Options

Deelen was very helpful and prompt when it came to helping me sync my products with the app. I felt like I was in good hands when it came to using the app with my store.

We've been using Product Options for several years. Had a problem today and worked with Deelen through their handy chat option. Deelen helped me to quickly troubleshoot the issue and got my store back up and running. The customizations offered through the options app are just what we needed to get our orders submitted with the right personalizations for our clients.

Without a doubt, one of the BEST apps I'm using for my shop. The ability to not only add options, but also add conditional options, has been a game changer for my business.

Special thanks to Mona and Aman for the 5-star service they provided as I migrate to a new theme. I ran into a couple of issues and they resolved them in record time.

Wholeheartedly recommend the app and the service they provide.

Update 2023: Still amazing support! As I migrated to a new theme Deleen was able to quickly come up with a solution for me that enabled me to configure the app exactly how I wanted.

Nir was an amazing customer support person who went above and beyond. I did not expect this level of service since I've had bad experiences in the past with subpar service where only "by the book" responses were given. Nir really knows his stuff and I would have had to pay a developer hundreds of dollars if not for him.

Incredible product. We migrated our store from Magento to Shopify and needed to replicate product options from our old store. This not only allowed us to maintain those options, but helped save us WEEKS of man hours, due to it's methodology and ease of use. A million thanks!

So good I'm going to install it on all of my shopify stores! Highly recommended app! Wish there was a way to import/export hundreds of our options instantly instead of going one by one but its only because we are a rare type of store that offers that many configurations for products. Doesn't matter though, it works as promised! BoldApps is the BEST. Period.

The app developers recently rolled out a new update which took away a specific feature that I used on a daily basis. I contacted customer service and they worked with me over the next few weeks, talking to developers, and eventually added the feature back on. Customer service was amazing and very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. The update is great and we are very happy with the app. :) Thank you!
