SC Product Options

Hello,
take this app since 2 years,
but not there a lot of problems since orders from 08.11.2022. Can you repair it?
Just shows me [FILTERED]. Thanks

This is an incredible app with some GREAT features. And it does ALMOST everything we want it to do. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because there is some room to improve (which their reps have even said is in the works). Additionally, the tech support for this app is INCREDIBLE!! I would give them 4.9 stars (only wish they were a little quicker, but usually within 24hrs.....I'm impatient). Samuel L was super helpful on our last inquiry, which was probably SUPER easy for him but gave us the attention and consideration that made us feel comfortable. As our experience with this app grows, we will definitely provide more reviews. Great app for stores that offer lots of customization and options. OUTSTANDING tech support!!!

Great App! No installation needed and is fully integrated.

This app is really great once you get it to do what you want. I would give this app 10 stars if I could get the awesome help that I received from Naman and MC in the middle of the night when you need it the most.

We sell wicker baskets with personalized liners. That is the customer has the option to buy just basket, basket and liner or basket and liner with embroidery on it. You app was exactly what we needed for our store. Now we can define options for our customers and it saves us a lot of redundant work.
I'd give it 5 stars (instead of 4) if images could be changed based on customers option selection.

Product Bold Options has been a lifesaver so far for our online shop. Our products have multiple dropdown options, some that affect price. Not sure how we would manage that without this terrific app.

UPDATE 8/7/17 - We've used this app for several months - there is a known issue that is not fixed that wastes a lot of time. Please fix the issue that when you create or edit an option set, save it, then have to go back in and re-order the options and re-save..
------April Review was 5 stars: For some themes, the install can be tricky but ** Alexa ** and **Danni** did a great job helping me through it. Alexa responded out of office hours and Danni got her part done immediately when she got the ticket. Up and running in a SNAP! because of these two. The product is working well!

STOP. Before you try and install this, look and read all the instructions. See if you can find the code they tell you to change or replace. Do this for each step. I found the examples in directions they provided not correct and the images low resolution, almost unreadable. It took many hours over a few days to figure it out. It is better to pay them to install it, unfortunately. What I can say is that once any of their apps are installed, they do work great and you will love it. If they can spend a little bit of time updating instructions, they should not be receiving any negative reviews. If you do run into trouble installing it yourself and need their help, they will, but it may take a few days.

Good option app and easy to use. Good fit for a light user. The only concern for us is it's kind of hard to manage the options if you have a highly complex option structure.
