App combines features (file uploading etc) with the option/personalization, so helps save a few $$$. Also customer service is excellent and FAST
Bold helped us install and configure the product. It works great and the customer service was responsive and met our needs. Great job BOLD and Alexa in Merchant Success!
This program has been great to use. It is relatively easy to update the options feature. The only downside is we would have to get the site recoded if we changed themes.
This app does what is intended and more. Add product options, give each option listed prices, add conditional logic, assign option to product, ect. Happy that I switched to this app compared to the previous apps that I've used. While I will not name those apps, I will say that this app is compatible with the new standard theme and that it will probably be compatible with yours. Its just the liquid coding that's confusing.
I paid 40 bucks to have a professional do the coding for me. His name was Marty. Polite and did everything that I asked. Finished the coding in about 1 day. Now that's what I call fast service!
Am a newbie to this, product options seems to be a necessity for us as we have a lot of info to track with each order, looks like we need "Exporter" to get all the option information over to QB where we manage the order flow once its in manufacturing. There are simple tricks like creating an option which calls up a shopify product item and drops it into the order, which then dumps out into QB just as needed.
Perfect app for selling fully customize order flow.. Have been searching for a piece like this for over 2 years.. Thank you !
the worst customer service which I have on shopify. The problems are just postponed. The update of change takes many time,
I can't even imagine how this app got such great reviews! Don't even know where to start. Firstly, the video you see makes it look super user-friendly. The problem is, that was from Version 1. We're now using version 2, which is completely different and a nightmare. To add icing to that cake, there is no guide, so you're on your own, folks. If you have very basic, straightforward requirements I'm sure you'll eventually be able to find your own way through the woods (maybe), but add in conditional logic and I wish you the best of luck, my friends.
And I haven't even begun to talk about customer service yet! I emailed to tell them that the complexity of the app was WAY beyond me, and I have to admit, they tried their best to supply me with a work-around. So I gave them another chance. That was a mistake. When I contacted them through the chat function, communication was painful. I gave up after the first issue and chose to book a call instead. I had to wait 2 days for their "onboarding" call (which was ok) but I waited 30 minutes past the scheduled call time and - nothing. No one called me. Then I called their customer service line. Waited on hold for a while only to have them tell me to "leave a message and someone will call you back". Now, I've been waiting another 35 minutes. Still no call from the "onboarding" appointment either (which is now 65 minutes late). Ridiculous. Just run far and fast to another app. There are plenty better than this garbage.
increased the price and after deleting it has crushed my homepage!!!! just because it didnt want to delete the app in my code...
I have just started using the app therefore 3 stars is more than suffice
and certainly will write a more accurate review as soon as possible!
