I just added personalized products to my store, this app is really helpful for setting up my products. Their customer service is excellent and extremely fast in responding! I think some of the option layouts could be a bit better, though.

Awesome easy to use app, and the customer support is amazing. Shout out to Scotty who was super helpful and was able to provide me with multiple solutions to issues I was having.

This app was super confusing at first, so I hopped onto the support chat and Samantha was the biggest help in the world! After a few questions it was amazing how much simpler the app became and now I can offer variations in my products that I had only dreamed about! Thank you for making it super easy.

I would give 10 STARS to M-C, a member of the customer support team, who went so far above and beyond to help me. She never got annoyed by my questions, and after waiting FOREVER to get help from the app support, she figured it out for me. THANK YOU!!!

I would give 3 starts to this app in general.... If it weren't for M-C I wouldn't be able to use it. We paid for the installation, and it had extraneous code in both customer email notifications and Order Invoices, as well as the checkout. M-C fixed all three issues (THANK YOU).... and to my knowledge no one else on the support team has yet to address it app-wide.

The app has so much potential. It is really really great. I just wish that the team would take these design issues seriously. They relate to User Experience. No matter how cool the app is functionally, all a customer will see is "why is there extra code on my page" and they won't appreciate the function.

I look forward to the team polishing and finishing this app, updating it, and I really hope they give M-C a raise!!!!!

Great app. Very intuitive and works as anticipated. Had a question about the order of options on product page and Julian was quick to explain. Good customer service. I’ll be keeping this app.

The worst customer support we have ever experienced. Last Friday we sent two technical support requests, one is to apply for the installation code from the APP, and the other is to leave a message in the help center to ask for help to set the "add to price" function. On Monday, we received your email, one email replying to the code installation request, let us accept the request of collaborator account, we accepted it immediately. The second is to reply the email about the "add to price" request, and let us check your youtube channel and find solution in help center. I have read all of these. If it can be resolved by ourselves, why should we ask for your help? So, when I replied to your email, I asked again to help us set up the "add to price" function, but so far there is no reply! On Wednesday, I received your email saying that the code was installed, but never mentioned the "add to price" setting request , why??? On Thursday, we tested the installed code and found that there was a problem, so we recorded a video to inform you that there was a problem with the code, and then there is no reply until now. Why is your online chat function never online? If you can't provide online support, why put it on the website??? Our website was ready to go live one week ago, just wait for you to help us set it up, it has been a week. Now it's Tuesday again, no response from Bold customer support team, it has been 10 days (7 business days). We really don't have time to wait any longer.
