My audience tends to be older and could not see the smaller buttons on this app. They got in and fixed it right away so it is easier to see. Great customer service.

Multiple issues with the recent updates. I had about 200 dynamic filters set up that worked fine for years. After doing a shop sync since the update, a bunch of options that were not supposed to be on items were. So I had 100s of product listings with multiple option sets showing that were not supposed to be on them.
I had to go through every single option set and update the dynamic filter. I spent HOURS going through and fixing options that I never had any problems with before they did a bunch of app updates.
Our store depends heavily on this app. We offer build to order products that customers have to provide their choice of options, as well as information regarding what our products need to fit. This app provides that in an easy to use format, and our customers seem to have very little trouble with the interface on the product listings.
We've used this app for 6+ years now without many issues. They assist with site theme update issues within a couple of days. Customer service chats are fast and helpful. The app is pretty easy and straight-forward to use and build your product option forms. It continues to improve, showing the company is serious about their product staying relevant.
If you sell build-to-order products, this is probably the app you need.
Great app, been using for years. It has some quirks, but I find that it works the best for us compared to other apps.

We have been using this app for a few years now and really love its functions. With this app, our customers are able to customize their roller skate to build it exactly as they dream of! I don't know too much about coding and this app was easy to use and implement. If I ever need assistance, their support service was speedy and helpful.
This app worked well for us 7 plus years, but recent updates have caused problems.
Previously, you could easily view all selected products under an "option set" by clicking on "review products". Now when you click on review products, it just shows every product in the store. If you had no clue what was assigned to this option set, you would have to continually scroll through all of your products which is pain if you have larger inventories. You can use the search bar to find products within "option set", but you might find only a few of the selected products you are looking for.
While you can search individual products under "product search" to see their assigned options sets. Nothing shows all of the products under the option set. You may have to guess around & make note of what is selected on your own end and hopefully it adds up to the number of products selected that it tells you.
I couldn't recommend this app to those who have large inventories.
Product Options works great when you need to ask customers for extra fields information when selling items. We've been using it production for several years now. Product support is both responsive and helpful to assist with product updates. Highly Recommended.
This app is invaluable to our shop -- it allows us to offer our customers clear and detailed choices for all of the personalization options we offer on our handmade toys. Their customer service is excellent.This is a MUST if you want your customer's shopping experience to be straight forward, easy to navigate, and easy to convert into sales!
I had a problem with the Product Options App. A newly created option would not show in checkout. I contacted customer support and they solved the problem on the same day: it was not the app. I had not realized that the option I had created was still in draft mode and after I had published it, the problem was solved.
