SC Product Options

Product options made it possible to add all of my thread colors and actually have a nice swatch chart from which my customers could choose. In addition, I could show swatches of the fabric choices for the garments. The really nice part I can have unlimited variants and can include a lot more detail to give my customers a more informed choice.

One support team member spent almost an entire Saturday going back and forth with me helping to set up my product options. She was very patient and even would send me little videos using my own website to explain how to do something. That was the coolest thing and very helpful

I have used Product Options for 2 years now (version 1.0 and 2.0). I've installed it by myself as well as had customer support do an install on a more complex theme. All I can say is wow. This team is great. I set up some quite complicated bundles on our store and connected with Chintan, Rick, Samuel, Daniel, Carter, and I'm sure a handful of other members of the Bold team throughout the process. They are always extremely willing to help and ready to jump in. I am so appreciative of them—I probably called Rick at least 5 times with questions during our setup process and he (and the whole team!) was very patient with me.

Bold Product Options is a great app for my business as it allows my customers to customize their own shirts - the app is user friendly and easily achieves the intricacies of custom ordering online. I have needed assistance from their customer service on multiple occasions and each time their responses were timely, helpful and resolved my issue. This most recent time, there was a back end coding glitch that nobody could figure out. Mona at Product Options by Bold resolved the issue for me. Someone always followed up and kept me in the loop throughout the process, which I really appreciated.

Honestly, very simple to use! a lot of options are available.

Definitely give Bold Options a try!

I've downloaded literally every single Product Customization app out there (literally EVERY one) and Bold Options really stands out because of their excellent customer service. They are without a doubt the only ones that will take the time to really make this an app a fit for your store. They helped build several completely custom codes for my store that I would have otherwise had to hire a developer for. No other app as ever helped me like this - even for a very very simple modification, all the other apps I worked with said that that was out of their capabilities and I had to find a developer to help with. Not only does that obviously save on costs but it also helps fast track the whole process because if you have past experience with developers, you know that it's usually very slow.

I've worked with several customer service agents here who have all been great but most recently I worked with Nisha who was able to actual make code edits on the spot while I was on chat support with her which was amazing customer support. Truly exceptional customer service!

Fixes a huge limitation in shopify, excellent and prompt tech support too. Highly recommend!
