We couldn't run our site without this wonderful app. It's so clever & versatile, and even with a hugely complicated personalisation system like ours it was a breeze to set up. We recently had a billing query and Paul went above and beyond to help out. During setup phase the tech team were super helpful too. Couldn't recommend this app more. Thanks so much Bold!

Edit: Use the app on two of my stores now and plan to use it on two more that I am working on. Always prompt, great, customer service. One of the reps, Raphael, solved my latest install request quickly and to my satisfaction.
Great app with lots of customization. Helpful staff and prompt responses to all requests. I tried other apps out there and as they almost have the same features Bold seems to be on top of things and will respond quickly whenever I have a question or modification request.
Jeff was extremely helpful and patient with me as I figured out how to use the app for my Shopify site. Not only did we resolve my issues, but he also showed me different ways to troubleshoot and use the app effectively. Thank you, Jeff!

Does exactly what is says it will do. Relatively easy to use, but their support is great if you have any questions or get stuck. Highly recommend! I use the premium version and it has been great!!

Awesome app. A must have to help streamline the ordering process
Have been working with Product Options by Bold for approx two weeks now, the app is powerful, but needs a little further development which would make product option creation more efficient. Overall, I rate the product at 3.5 Stars.

I am moving jackandjillboutique.com from yahoo store to Shopify. While the templates I use at yahoo store give me the ability to add product options very easily at no extra cost, Shopify does not allow me to create a ton of product options easily. But Shopify does give other types of flexibility in managing an ecommerce store. Product Options from bold apps solved this problem quickly and effectively with its premium version at a low cost outlay per month compared to coding it using expensive developers.
