SC Product Options

OK, so I do find Bold Product Review very useful in my situation, because I have variants and conditional logic, Bold made it possible

However, my social sites (Instagram & Facebook Shops) that link to shopify store does not show any of the Bold Variants such as size, color, anything at all. I had to take it down for now and will have to think about my options. That was a big bummer, hope they will be able to change that in the future.

Product Options has allowed us to easily allow our customers to customize our product offering.

It is easy to setup options and assign them to products. In cart editing is a very nice feature

Support is very helpful. We encountered a small issue with our implementation. Support was able to locate it and resolve it quickly and efficiently.

Highly recommended, especially for shops which sell a single product with various accessories and options available.

We really find this app to be a very good app for adding options to my listings. We feel that being able to add the variants to our products will definitely create more sales. Mother Road Customs

The app itself is a great add-on to Shopify. My only two issues are 1. There are a lot of steps and screen hopping to setup product options. 2. It sometimes takes FOREVER to display on product. That's a pain when you are doing webwork and would like to see it. This morning it took over 15 minutes to display. I'd love to give 5 stars, just can't.

I'm working on getting my shop perfect before relaunching it - and I needed something that allowed for more customizations, conditional logic, and wouldn't drive me insane trying to code using line item properties - Bold Product Options fits the ticket perfectly.

While I'm still working through getting it just right and implementing it perfectly for my future customers - I had some particular things I wanted it to do while testing it out.

I reached out to Bold for some help, and within an hour MC was on it and she had it taken care of within two short emails - absolutely THE BEST customer service experience I've ever had with any app, or theme designer, since I joined Shopify in 2014.

Good app with the flexibility needed and all-important inventory control when offering a SINGLE product with multiple variations (not different inventory for each variation like Shopify default offers). The dev team has been super helpful and responsive in working out a few glitches. I recommend having them look things over even if you don't have a problem in case they see something you missed. Looking forward to getting the most out of this app moving forward!

The ability to display all the possible combinations of options our manufacturers have is a major consideration for us. Product Options does it! Have been using the Customer Pricing app in another store and knew Product Options would deliver as described. Because of our theme, installation was a bit trickier and the Bold customer service was efficient and, supportive. Quick and pleasant response on a couple of tweaks and the app is performing very well.

We would definitely recommended this app to anyone looking to make their website that much better! Bold has allowed us to have the additional options that we so needed for pricing and options. This app was exactly what we were looking for. Their integrated support and help makes every bit of the transition to their app well worth it!
