SC Product Options

Quick and easy fix for an option set that was not showing up on a product. Customer service reps name was Rebecca. Pleasant experience for sure!

I have had this app running on my site now for over three months, and I love it! It needed some customisation out of the box to suit my requirements. All this work was completed Nick who was always very professional and an absolute joy to deal with! Excellent response time, work was on point, and I never had to over explain for what I needed doing. 5 Stars to the app and 5 star customer service. Highly recommended

This app is fantastic. It literally will save me thousands of SKU's, because I have lots of colors of each item, and only a few prices. Therefore, I'm not having to have an individual SKU for each color + item (and I don't need them for inventory).

On top of that huge benefit, it is very quick and easy for me to change the product options, something which was impossible without clicking through and modifying every single entry in Shopify.

The customer service was also awesome, they promptly fixed my installation issue (which was caused by my inept coding, not them).

The only thing I really wish was that it could somehow be connected to the images, so each option came up with a different pic.

I paid the $40 to get the liquid all set up for me and it was well worth it (couple of days to turn around). The app works so well for our store. We have the premium package so I've been able to set up really simple ways for customers to view only the options relevant to them when they walk through the various options for certain products - and the price changes accordingly.

To start out with we are using a suite of Bold apps. Customer Pricing, Product Options, Product Upsell, Loyalty Points, Product Discount and Bold Brain. All of the apps working together have allowed us to expand and manage multiple aspects of our business. Customer Pricing allows us to target specific customer groups for professional discount programs by industry. We use targeted marketing to promote registering for the special discount programs. The customers in these groups are tagged and see adjusted pricing as soon as they login to the store. The ease at which the discounting is handled has encouraged the users in these groups to purchasing more frequently.

The majority of our catalog is customized or personalized and requires a degree of complexity in presenting the various offerings. Product Options allows us to manage those complex products. Product Upsell allows us to present complementary products when specific products are purchased, Product Discount allows us to create BOGOs, Sales and special promotions all designed to increase revenue. Loyalty Points allows us to build interest and repeat business. All of these apps working together have helped to increase activity in the store. The fact that they are all Bold apps makes them easy to manage and gives us access to the excellent Bold support team. Paul a team member was extremely helpful.

Shappify support just gone done installing this app for me. They were super quick to respond and very helpful. The app was installed quickly and seems to be intuitive, even for the not-so-tech-savvy like myself.

This is the easiest app install process I have gone through so far!
