Although this app isn't the easiest one we use, it works perfectly for us and the customer service is fantastic. Specifically, Irfan was very helpful as we work to update our site to Shopify 2.0.

Bold Product Options provides us with the ability to customize - and upsell - options to our products at safeguardian.com. Additionally, we love the flexibility to add check boxes and customer info boxes when additional information is needed. Takes a bit of time to understand how it works (creating options and then assign them to products or product groups but our experience is that Bold offers EXCELLENT support. Highly recommended!
An absolutely great app that include options that SHOULD be included in Shopify. Always quick responsive support. A must have app if you need custom options on your products.
Updating: 10/3/18 Since I wrote my original review (below) in 2014 I've had the occasion to reach out to Bold for support. Today, I needed some help and was lucky enough to get Rifat on chat from the Bold Customer Success Team. I hope his manager knows what a gem he is! Rifat is the best example of someone who delivers a great customer experience. I could tell he cared about solving my problem. Bold cares enough about their customers to hire great people like Rifat, which is why I will continue to be a customer and highly recommend them to others!

The app is great! The time saving is beyond awesome! Makes it so much easier to get everything loaded and most importantly easy for my customers to order. The ability to display all the possible combinations of options our manufacturers have is a major consideration for us. Product Options does it! Have been using the Customer Pricing app in another store and knew Product Options would deliver as described. Because of our theme, installation was a bit trickier and the Bold customer service was efficient and, supportive. Quick and pleasant response on a couple of tweaks and the app is performing very well.
