They reply very quickly, and if something can be fixed right away, they take care of it immediately. If it requires a little more time, they always follow up by email and make sure the issue gets resolved.

The app is a little laggy, I'm finding that my image upload box is not aligned to what I originally set it to be and I would prefer for the image upload/text to be able to be moved around however, staff are very friendly/knowledgeable. Support is prompt and my problem is resolved quickly. Rakib is very helpful and friendly.
