We were initially excited about the app because it did most of what we wanted. However it has a habit of freezing up and we can't upload large photos.

Support has been of minimal help.

I can't recommend this app enough. it did exactly what I needed to and as I'm not very good at IT related things, the app staff couldn't help me enough! I would give it 20 stars if I could for customer service alone! thank you

The customer service is great at responding to inquiries & fix issues. The app has a lot of options that we are able to use, it's a little bit of a learning curve if you're trying to do something very complicated, which we have on our site.
