I had difficulty with the checkout portion of this app and contacted the app developers via online chat and Shahariare Rahaman was super helpful and managed to fix the problem within a few minutes.
Amazing response time from support and the problem was fixed the same day so I was back in action in no time at all

This app has been charging me for about a year fraudulent because the app has been uninstalled for that period of time.

Also, you have been charged when your store was active like here https://prnt.sc/nzItE9DTA7cm . If you think Shopify charged you wrongly please ask for a refund. Very fast customer service. Very friendly, it was asked back and forth for so long until all problems were solved very quickly.
I am very satisfied with the app which offers a lot of possibilities.

There was major scheduled maintenance of the server (Siteground - one of the top) and they had completely disabled .htaccess file and caused the app unusable. After contacting them for a few hours we were able to resolve the issue
Please delete your browser cache and recheck now.
