Zepto Product Personalizer

I've tried many personalization apps. This one has a lot of options from simple to complex. I don't have many problems with the app but when I do, they always fix within hours of opening a ticket!

This app has worked perfectly for our store needs. We have been on the search for an app or a website that could allow our customers to craft their perfect saddle. This requires some extensive options, and this app helped us provide that to our customers. The app itself is easy to install and easy to use.

Their support team is also extremely prompt and helpful. I have reached out a few times with questions about ways to utilize the app in a way that aligns with our products and the app team has been more than accommodating with our inquiries. I am extremely satisfied with the app and the service we have been provided. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a way to allow custom product creation on their website.

The customer service that I received from Nazirul and Muhtasim over a span of 3 days was amazing! They responded to my questions in a timely manner and with instructions that were personalized and easy to follow. They created instructional videos, using my products and specific to my challenge, that were extremely helpful. Both were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The service is exceptional and super responsive. It's easy to get in touch with someone almost anytime! The team is open to feedback, always looking to improve, and quick to find solutions. You can really tell they genuinely want to help.

The app could be a bit more user-friendly, but once you get the hang of it, it works great. Totally worth investing the time to learn!

So far, I'm pretty impressed with all the possibilities, price and ease of use. I had a couple of issues, one related to another third party app that was causing problems with the cart and another one that was just a simple fix in my own settings. Each time though, I was helped within 24 hours.
