Zepto Product Personalizer

This particular product personalizer app is a fantastic option for my custom font preview option in my Shopify store. Very user-friendly app and has quick customer support. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to add personalization for their store.

I'm not satisfied with this app. I had too many unsolved problems and had to stop all my sales. i wont recommend this app; it takes too long to get a response that leads to a solution.

This app does not work with Shopify 2.0. Unless you know in depth coding, I would avoid this app. I experienced slow communication with their service representatives and the "dev team" messed up the coding in our entire site and we were unable to sell our products for 2 days. We were able to restore to a previous date, but this was a terrible experience for us. Would not recommend to anyone.

I would love a little more flexibility on the personalizations, maybe manually placing the image within a delimited surface would come in very handy. The customer service was great, thanks for that.

Great app which offers everything that we need to customize our products. The customer service is super quick, effective and friendly. I can only recommend working with Zepto.

Great app with multiple options for customization of products and a very fast support that responses in hours.

I had problems with the cart. The cost for custimization was wrong. The support was not a good help. Didnt answer to my second mail.

Customer service isnt what its cracked up to be. Told me a "web developer" could do it, well that is me! You cant pay everyone in a small business.

I got this app to add customization to products, it was working well but now it's super slow and I have to stop my ads because of it. I do not recommend this app.
