Zepto Product Personalizer

i used the PP app to personalize a variety of images to create over 100 combinations. I found that the chat was very helpful customer service.

This is a great app to personalize products. We try a few in the past, but no one is like Product personalizer. You can try a lot of features to get your products better . It´s really awesome.

Customer service is great. Went to chat thinking I was going to send an email and low and behold there was a person on the other end. Helped me with my issue quickly. Thank you.

While the app itself has had a number of oddities and issues that seems to sprawl out of nowhere after working fine for weeks and months, the support received from their team has been excellent. Since no product is perfect, at the end of the day having great technical support is what makes the difference.

I am having a great experience with this app. The features look great and is easily customizable. And the development/customer support team has been great as well -- so even if you don't have everything right out of the box, the support can help you get the right features you're looking for

There was a buggy feature for some new functionality the Zepto team just released (actually the Image as pattern feature is still in development), but it was fixed very fast and the customer support was quite impressive.

I used this app to customize hats and bands for a company. Easy to use and great, on the spot customer service.

We've been using this app for a while and are very happy with it and recently added it to a second store. It has a lot of flexibility for configuration, and the end-user experience has been well-received (we use it mostly for engraving requests). As some users have stated, the learning curve will require patience, but once you get familiar, it is very manageable. We have experienced very few problems, but when needed support has been very attentive and quick to address any issues.

I install this perosnalizer app to help me sell personalized products online. It works great! Amazing fast and perfect customer service. Highly recommended!
