What is even better than the product itself is the fast and reliable customer service. Shoutout to Imran! If they are not in the live chat, you still usually get a response pretty quickly by mail. They are always very helpful and could help me with any problems I have encountered so far, and there were many. Thank you!

I have tested several Shopify personalization apps and Product Personalizer is the best. Installation was easy and support is great. Like everything, it takes a few times to learn your way around the app, but support answered all of my questions. I would recommend this app.

Every time we encounter an issue, they're there to resolve it quickly and effectively. Customer service is on point. UI could use a little bit of work but their customer support makes up for everything. Highly highly recommended.

This app allowed me to show a live preview of monogram customization to my customers which brings so much convenience for them. Although there were a few flaws while using the app which they can improve on, their customer service was great in helping me solve most of my problems.
